What does “Zero Mile” actually mean?

It means we remove as much distance as possible between where food is grown and where it’s cooked. Fewer miles, fewer hands, more flavour, more accountability. If it doesn’t make sense to the land or the farmer, we don’t do it.

Is this a restaurant?

No. Zero Mile is a chef-led enterprise focused on building and supporting provenance-driven, sustainable food projects. From private dining and live-fire pizza to collaborations and long-term ventures, everything is shaped by land, season, and real relationships.

Why farm-first?

Because nothing good happens without it. Great food starts long before the kitchen — with soil health, timing, and trust. Farmers aren’t suppliers to us, they’re partners.

What kind of events do you do?

Weddings, celebrations, private parties, brand collaborations, long tables, late nights — or just an excuse to get people together. If it’s about sharing food properly, we’re interested.
